Fill the bottle with filtered, mineral, or drinking water (avoid hot or carbonated liquids). Press the power button to initiate the electrolysis cycle. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Domestic delivery in India takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days nationwide. International express delivery typically takes 7–12 business days via DHL/FedEx.

A product can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if it arrives damaged or is not working due to a shipment/transport issue. This is not a general return policy and does not apply to change of mind or personal preference. Furthermore, replacement of eligible mechanical and electronic product parts is covered by a dedicated 6-month parts warranty for our precision hydrogen water bottles and mist sprays.

In-clinic sessions take place in our calm, restorative wellness center at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Each session includes comfortable reclining seating, inhalation of high-purity medical-grade hydrogen gas through a sterile nasal cannula, and post-session hydrogen water hydration. Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long and leave you feeling clear, refreshed, and relaxed.
